I received the beautiful urn I ordered, but it did not come with inscription which I had also ordered. So I called funeral.com explained what happened and they sent me an inscription within a week which is what I needed because the burial was eight days later they’re speedy, which was great, highly appreciated

Tried to cancel my order within 30mn of ordering. I was unaware my brother had already purchased an urn. This company would not return any calls, msgs or texts, also there # would never pick up. It just gave a message then hung up.

I emailed to confirm this was in stock and the one I wanted. They replied each time. I got it quite quickly (but wasn't in a hurry). This urn was just what I was looking for and it looks beautiful.

I wanted the urn to match the one from my other dog. This was very close. It was the same model, but it changed a little in a few years. The color isn't quite the same, the size is a little smaller, and the picture window is also a little smaller. However, it's still very nice and it helped heal my heart.

This urn is extremely nice, heavily weighted, and beautifully etched and shaped. A beautiful testimony to my special dog to be on display.

This pretty box was perfect for our baby girl. The quality was excellent. But what made me the most grateful was how kind, responsive, and fast the customer service was. The customization was perfect as well. They expedited the shipping and insured that we had this precious box for our sweet girl’s memorial service.

Lovely heart but there's a scratch through the inscription so it makes it hard to read

A wrong item was delivered but they quickly responded to my email and took care of it right away. A day or two later, my order was delivered. It’s a cute ceramic urn like a cookie jar. Very satisfied!
