This urn is designed for indoor display. While crafted from quality materials, we recommend keeping it in a safe, dry location such as a mantle, display shelf, or memorial table inside your home since the solid brass can be affected by weather, moisture, and direct sunlight.

The urn opens at the top with a threaded lid that can be gently twisted off to access the inner compartment. Ashes may be placed into a small, sealed bag first before being set inside the urn, or they can be transferred directly into the urn using a small funnel (including a carefully folded paper funnel) for added control. Once everything is positioned inside, securely tightening the lid keeps the contents safely enclosed.
