The box came damaged and was scared for the product but opened it up and it was perfectly safe! I love it and am thankful for it
The urn is beautiful and arrived in a very timely manner, but they did not use the font I selected in the engraving and haven't replied to my email for few weeks or to a survey I filled out either. Only giving 3 stars for not using font I selected and no response to my communications to them afterward. Item itself is very nice.
