If the item is unused and unfilled, we offer returns or exchanges within a specified timeframe (often 30–60 days). Once the memorial piece has been filled with ashes or has been personalized through engraving, it becomes a customized item and cannot be returned. To place your pet’s ashes:

1. Turn the urn over to access the bottom panel.
2. Remove the screws securing the panel.
3. Open the panel and insert the sealed crematorium bag of ashes into the compartment inside the base.
4. Close the panel and tighten the screws securely.
