Set the urn on a soft towel and gently turn the bottom threaded closure until it releases. Place the cremated remains inside (many families keep them in the sealed bag), then return the closure and turn it until it feels snug and secure—firm, but never forced.

This urn is designed for indoor placement, where the ceramic and gloss finish can stay protected over time. We don’t recommend outdoor exposure, since weather and temperature swings can affect both the glaze and the closure over the long term.
