Classic Celtic Cross

I'll be honest, the first one we received, no one could open. We ordered another one the next day. Excellent customer service. The urn is perfect! Good quality and it's beautiful.

Inscription panic

I received the beautiful urn I ordered, but it did not come with inscription which I had also ordered. So I called funeral.com explained what happened and they sent me an inscription within a week which is what I needed because the burial was eight days later they’re speedy, which was great, highly appreciated

Unhappy

Tried to cancel my order within 30mn of ordering. I was unaware my brother had already purchased an urn. This company would not return any calls, msgs or texts, also there # would never pick up. It just gave a message then hung up.

Just what I wanted.

I emailed to confirm this was in stock and the one I wanted. They replied each time. I got it quite quickly (but wasn't in a hurry). This urn was just what I was looking for and it looks beautiful.
