To place your pet’s ashes:

1. Turn the urn over to access the bottom panel.
2. Remove the screws securing the panel.
3. Open the panel and insert the sealed crematorium bag of ashes into the compartment inside the base.
4. Close the panel and tighten the screws securely.

Yes. Each urn includes an engraved brass nameplate on the wooden base that can display up to four lines of text approximately 100 characters, such as your pet’s name, dates, or a short message. This urn is designed for indoor display. While crafted from quality materials, we recommend keeping it in a safe, dry location such as a mantle, display shelf, or memorial table inside your home since the figurine and hardwood base can be affected by weather, moisture, and direct sunlight.

We process and ship orders within one business day for non-personalized urns. If you add optional accessories or nameplates, please allow 1-2 business days for handling before shipment. Standard shipping is generally 3-7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

If the item is unused and unfilled, we offer returns or exchanges within a specified timeframe (often 30–60 days). Once the memorial piece has been filled with ashes or has been personalized through engraving, it becomes a customized item and cannot be returned.
