Remove the plug, carefully insert the sealed bag of ashes provided by your crematorium into the interior compartment, then reinsert the plug securely. This urn is intended for indoor display. While the resin body is durable, exposure to moisture, sunlight, or temperature changes can affect its finish over time. For best preservation, display the urn in a dry, temperature-controlled space.

If the item is unused and unfilled, we offer returns or exchanges within a specified timeframe (often 30–60 days). Once the memorial piece has been filled with ashes or has been personalized through engraving, it becomes a customized item and cannot be returned.
