To place your pet’s ashes:

1. Turn the urn over to access the bottom panel.
2. Remove the screws securing the panel.

If the item is unused and unfilled, we offer returns or exchanges within a specified timeframe (often 30–60 days). Once the memorial piece has been filled with ashes or has been personalized through engraving, it becomes a customized item and cannot be returned.
