This urn is designed for indoor display. While crafted from quality materials, we recommend keeping it in a safe, dry location such as a mantle, display shelf, or memorial table inside your home since the solid brass can be affected by weather, moisture, and direct sunlight.

If the item is unused and unfilled, we offer returns or exchanges within a specified timeframe (often 30–60 days). Once the memorial piece has been filled with ashes or has been personalized through engraving, it becomes a customized item and cannot be returned. Please verify all size, finish, and personalization selections before placing your order.

We process and ship orders within one business day for non-personalized urns. If you add optional accessories or nameplates, please allow 1-2 business days for handling before shipment. Standard shipping is generally 3-7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
