If you have added special touches like engraving, nameplates, or accessories, please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare these details with the utmost care. Once your order leaves our facility, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

The urn opens at the top with a threaded lid that can be gently twisted off to access the inner compartment. Ashes may be placed into a small, sealed bag first before being set inside the urn, or they can be transferred directly into the urn using a small funnel (including a carefully folded paper funnel) for added control. Once everything is positioned inside, securely tightening the lid keeps the contents safely enclosed.
