- David Lee Williams, age 90, of Hatfield, Arkansas passed away Friday, June 25, 2010 in Mena. He was born on October 10, 1919 in Hatfield, Arkansas to the late Walter Penn Williams and the late Ava Parham Williams. He made a career from serving his country 26 years in the United States Air Force. David was a member of the Skeet club, a hobby that he loved. He was a member of the Hatfield First Baptist Church. He was a loving brother, uncle, cousin, and a dear friend to all who knew him and loved him. Survivors are his sisterCathy Taylor of Hatfield, Arkansas, Alice Miller of Sun City, Arizona; special cousin: Ruby Williams of Hatfield, Arkansas; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of forty-six years, Margaret; his parents, Penn and Ava Williams; three brothers, Walter Williams, Harve Williams, and Gene Williams; and two sisters Marilyn Gentry and Ava Mae Crane. Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Hatfield with Brother Ron Tilley officiating. - Amie Renee Teale passed away June 17, 2010 at age 39 in Atlanta, Texas. She was born at Beale AFB, California January 18, 1971. She was a devoted mother and wife, S.T.A.R.S. coordinator for Atlanta Elementary and a member of First Baptist Church, Atlanta, Texas. She faced her challenges with dignity and courage. She is survived by spouse, Doug Teale of Atlanta, Texas; parents, Dwight and Judith Coolidge of Atlanta, Texas; son, Jack Teale of Atlanta, Texas; daughter, Madison Teale of Atlanta, Texas; and maternal grandmother, Jenell Clubb of Atlanta, Texas. Visitation was held Friday, June 18, 2010 from 6 pm to 8 pm. Services were held June 19, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. at the Hanner Funeral Chapel in Atlanta, Texas. Interment followed at Pine Crest Cemetery in Atlanta, Texas with Rev. Wes Chambers officiating. - Caroline Ralls, age 77, of Vandervoort, Arkansas passed away Saturday, June 26, 2010 in De Queen, Arkansas. She was born July 29, 1932 in New York, to the late Joseph and Eva Lucia Clukey. She worked for International Paper Company in New Boston, Texas until retiring. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, sister and a friend to all who knew and loved her. She is survived by daughters, Penny Stultz and husband Jeffery of Buckner, Arkansas, Annie Fahrni and husband Chris of Texarkana, Texas, Renee Marry and husband Thomas of Ft. Smith. Arkansas; sons, Rusty Ralls of Clarkville, Arkansas, Mickey Ralls and wife Kathey of Fouke, Arkansas, Dickie Ralls and wife Cindy of Texarkana, Texas, Terry Ralls and wife Toni of Choctaw, Oklahoma; sister, Betty Cole of Plattsburg, New York; special friend, Gale Kuykendall; 21 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Eva Clukey, her husband Jeff Ralls and and several brothers and sisters. Graveside services were held Tuesday June 29, 2010, Pleasant Grove cemetery at 9:00 a.m. in Cove, Arkansas with Brother Don Youngblood officiating. - Mr. Jimmie Joe Lyle, age 76, a resident of Wickes, Arkansas, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born to Cleve Columbus and Effie Elizabeth Turnbough Lyle in the Orr Community of Ringling, Oklahoma, on August 29, 1933, and moved to Arkansas in 1934. He was a retired employee of Mountaire Poultry, where he was a truck driver, as well as a poultry farmer. He was a member of the Wickes Pentecostal Church, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time with family. He was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings; Virgie Lyle, Gladys Price, George Lyle, Loyd Lyle, Faye Whitley, Shirley Powell, Leola Lyle; a son-in-law, James Walker; and his wives; Joyce Mayo Lyle in 1986, and Pauline Roberson Bradley Lyle in 2007. He is survived by five daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Randall Martin of Grannis, Janet Walker of Grannis, Bonita and Earl Flint, Jr. of Wickes, Rhonda and Terry Paul Holman of Wickes, and Dena and Cesar Rodriguez of Grannis, two stepsons and their wives, Kenneth and Teresa Bradley of Hot Springs, and Steve and Debbie Bradley of Wickes, two stepdaughters and their husbands, Shirley and Ronnie Todd and Linda and Reggie Saddler all of Wickes, one sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Wayne Fruen of Hatfield, twenty-two grandchildren, Jimmy Wayne, Jess, Manuel, Apryl, Brandon, TaNesha, Tabitha, Lyle, Anthony, Joey, Jeremy, Sabrina, Kyle, Dana, Rodney, Richard, Jennifer, Allen, Rebecca, Rachel, Heather, and Heath, thirty-five great-grandchildren, Carter, Ethan, Danielle, Colton, Remington, Coen, Brock, Cody, Brody, Makayla, Ariel, Alexia, Andrew, Callie, Christian, Robert, Jackie, Travis, Adam, Lindsay, Cade, Presli, Richie, Colby, Shannon, Dariane, Brooke, Brent, Jessina, Kayla, Hyland, Nevaeh, Shonna, Addison, and Lexi, three great-great-grandchildren, Austin, Eli, and Reese, and a number of nieces and nephews, and a special friend, Sherry Goss. Funeral Services for Mr. Jimmie Lyle were entrusted to Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen, and were held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 18th in the Wickes Pentecostal Church of God with Rev. Chris Burke officiating. Burial followed in the Baker Cemetery, Wickes. The family received friends at Chandler Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 17th.
